Absa Home Owners Insurance service continues to be shockingly poor

This is a follow-up to a previous review on the shocking service from Absa Home Owners Insurance. My last complaint was posted on this platform on the 15th of May. After posting my complaint, Absa all of a sudden reacted and showed some interest to provide the feedback I had been asking from them for several weeks.

Sadly. I recently lodged another claim online on the 8th of July and to date no-one from Absa Home Owners Insurance has bothered to contact me, even after sending follow-up requests. This just proves that they have no respect or sense of duty to their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone and if you have any other choice avoid using Absa for your Home Owners Insurance.
