ABSA Home Owners Insurance is Pathetic

I am very disgusted with ABSA HOC. On Monday 26/11/2017 we ha severe thunder storms. This resulted in a lot of water at once that cam down and broke our walls as well as the neighbours walls. We reported this to ABSA on Tuesday 27/11/2017 at 8:04. To date nobody cam to look at the damage or call at least to tell us what is going on . This morning the neighbours dogs attached our dogs du to no walls. Our neighbours at the back has there wall replaced already thought there Insurance why can't ABSA do the same? What ales can I do to get help?

The assessor was at the house on Friday. We are still waiting for some one to call us and tell us what is going on in this matte. it has been 3 days later and nothing from anyone.
