ABSA Home owner Insurance - BAD BAD BAD

I had a water leak at my geyser and called ABSA. They sent a mediocre plumber not even having the tools to fix the job. After the "Fix", the assessor said that there were no water damage to the ceiling. The pipe then stated to leak on the joint and had to be replaced by chopping up the wall. I paid and extra R3900 to replace all of the old pipes. I tried to follow up and ABSA referred to the assessor's report having no damages. Calls made: 31/10 14:03, 11/01 12:45, 02/11 12:40, 05/11 10:42, 05/11 10:43 and claim sent via website. The assessor came again on after a struggle and I am still waiting for anyone to fix the ceiling and replace the tiles. Toilet dismantlement and lying on the floor. Some time ago, the geyser burst and it was replaced. I told ABSA not to fix the ceiling because I will renovate the bathroom which I did at my own cost. I pay almost R26 000 per year on insurance. Now I have to beg for service?
