ABSA HOME NOT UPDATING THE INTEREST RATE AFTER REPO RATE CUT

The MPC cut the repo rate and was effective from the 22 November 2024. ABSA Home has not updated my interest rate which is variable. So disappointing, when I called ABSA, I was told about that they will investigate.
