ABSA Home Loans - worst service ever

I have settled by ABSA Home Loan over a month ago, I still haven't my refund from ABSA and every time I call them they provide me with a different excuse. Its either the people that work in that department don't know what they are doing or the people working in that department do know what they are doing... It is acceptable for the bank not refund one but if I was the one owing them money they would be sending messages non-stop.
