ABSA Home Loans , where I'm a client,are not willing to offer a loan but Standard Bank does

I'm very disappointed in ABSA. I've been a client of them for almost 13 years with multiple accounts at ABSA. Now when I app**** for a home loan it was declined for affordability. I feel I was loyal to ABSA for all these years and now that I have been declined a home loan at my bank, I might consider to move to Standard Bank who is willing to offer me a loan.
