ABSA Home Loans, where I'm a client, cannot beat Nedbanks interest rate?

<p>I’m very disappointed in ABSA. I’ve been a client of them since my varsity years, done my study loan through them and have a credit card with them. Now when I app**** for a home loan with them they quote me an interest rate prime + 1.31, where Nedbank quoted me prime + 1 for the same bond amount. How is it possible that your own bank cannot compete with the interest rate of the competition bank? Why would I stick with ABSA if I get poor service from ABSA? I think it is time to find a better bank, that better suit my needs...</p>
