ABSA HOME LOANS the worst bank ever

Dear ABSA,

Thank you for granting me a Bond for a new home and then retracting the bond after it was already at the tranfering attorneys. To Date I have had no communication from any Home loan officer or ABSA on why this has happend. Not even the person that send me the letter. No explanation. I think maybe you should close your department and reconsider the people that work for you.
