ABSA Home loans, taking incompetence to an art level. Why would anyone want to deal with them?

This is what I wrote to the ABSA Home Loan division a few days ago.

re: Ms ******** ABSA, I have telephoned your division at least 3 times now regarding the above lady. What do I actually have to do to attempt to make yourselves understand that you have the wrong number. Not only am I getting incredibly annoyed at this continueing incompetence by ABSA Home Loans, but Miss ***** is obviously not getting the messages.

I do not have a home loan nor any account with absa.

This is the ***********s reply:

"Good day Kindly provide us with the bond account number .
