ABSA Home Loans - shockingly slow or no feedback

Trying to get feedback from ABSA is absolutely impossible, my parents Home Loan account is all over the place but all queries are just answered with copy and paste answers, we still waiting on the information that was promised back on the 28th of January 2022. We need some answers.
