Absa home loans promised to lower our interest rate 5months ago but never did

<p>We felt ABSA fourways offered us an unfair home loan rate of 10.9% given our risk profile.</p> <p>Last year Takalani Mashau at ABSA fourways promised to lower our home loan rate to 10,8%, in the meantime we were offered a rate of 10,4% with another bank, we have now waited 5 months for ABSA to reduce the rate to 10.8%. We have been to the branch 6 times to escalate! The complaints phone line does not work for ABSA, nobody at ABSA will give us an email address to file a complaint.</p> <p>ABSA owes us that 0,1% since last year and they need to sort it out quickly as 5months is ridiculous, We will take our loan to another bank as ABSA has not given us a fair home loan rate.</p>
