absa home loans poor service

I have been calling and emailing absa for a settlement letter since last week Monday Finally, they responded on Friday, 14th just to tell me it takes about 3 days. I called again today and was left with an impression that I will get the letter today. Nope, only another mail telling me to WAITHOW LONG DIES IT TAKE ABSA TO PRODUCE A LETTER???
