Absa home loans not updating my information correctly

My home was registered in February 2021 and I contacted Absa Home Loans informing them that my payment date has changed and so has my banking details I filled in a form that was sent to me via email, they got the banking details correct but my payment date stayed as the 25th even after numerous times informing them that I get paid on the last day of every month, currently I do not owe Absa but every month their consultants constantly harass me asking me why I have made late payment I have to constantly tell the agent the same thing repetitively that my payment date is not the 25th it is on the last day of the month please sort this out why do you not write notes on the system or update this information just as you did with my banking details it is really unfair and affecting my profile for no reason can someone sort this out urgently.
