ABSA home loans not releasing live policy cession

I had a bond with ABSA a few years ago and sold the property in 2014, but ABSA still has cession over my life policy with Sanlam and never canceled it. I have now been trying to cancel the cession but I get sent for one call centre to another and now one call centre is referring me to my nearest branch to assist me in cancelling it, I can't believe that this is such a difficult process to get a cession lifted, I have had so many problems with ABSA lately that I have truely had enough of ABSA
