ABSA Home Loans NO Customer service

I recently sold my house and after giving 90 days notice to avoid a hefty penalty interest fine and then receiving a mail confirming my 90 days will expire in December ABSA calculated the penalty interest on the wrong date and deducted it from my account. After numerous emails and telephone calls no one is willing to assist me, I have been given a number to phone but never does someone pick up the phone. They owe me money and no one wants to help me.
