ABSA HOME LOANS - NO CONTACT - no response / no service

I'm currently in the process of getting my own home, everything has gone very well and I have been so exited and had great service from ABSA. this all has changed when ABSA has sent my deed documents to the deed office instead of the ABSA lawyers. We have been struggling for almost a month now to just get in some form of contact with ANYONE at the deed office to send the documents back to Weavind and Weavind lawyers. there is no contact numbers that anyone is answering everything needs to be done through email and no one is getting back to anyone. this has caused such a big delay in my home loan process. We cannot do anything without those documents and no one is helping or at least giving any form of feedback which is quite shocking. this also has caused a ripple effect as if we do not receive the documents (which should have been a 5-10 days process only, not a month) I would have to get new certificates from Tshwane Municipality due to the certificate dates that's expiring. which is going to cost me another arm and a leg. How is it able that there is no contact person available in the ABSA deed office? can someone HELP?
