Absa Home Loans - No Contact

I'm in urgent need of assistance with my home loan. I was at the branch but was advised that I need to call into the home loans department ***).

I was on hold for almost an hour with no answer. Is this department now closed?

It's a simple change that I need done but unfortunately calling in is the only way to get it done.
