ABSA Home loans ****** ****mers

Am disgusted by ABSA home loans, when they financed my property I was adviced by them to have a flexi reserve account which will help in decreasing the interest rate on my account if I pay more to the account, they said the extra money paid into the home loan will be available for withdrawal they said it will be more like a saving account..now to my suprise the extra money I paid into the home loan has decreased whereas I pay monthly installments plus extra, I called home loan to find out what the hell is going on they said the is new law from reserve Bank that says the flexireserve shouldn't have extra money that is more than the rmonthly installments!! Why was I not informed to withdraw my money ??? Instead the bank decide to take thr money that I was trying to save for emergency...?? ****mers!! I want my money back as I never received any communication regarding you people *****ing my money
