Absa home loans is of no use, there's no service

It's been almost two weeks now since i logged a claim regarding the leaking water pipes in my house and this was identified by the electricians that came to my house because power was tripping only to find that the cause was the leaking water from the pipes, After the electricians left, no one from Absa bothered to ask me if the problem was fixed or not, i then decided to log another claim for the leaking pipes up until today no one came to my house to investigate it, no one from Absa called me to ask me about it, im stuck with water that is leaking at the end of the day i have to pay a lot of money to the municipality for water, maybe I need to get another insurance because you not assisting at all, before I complained about my stove that had burnt elements because of the power surges, they didn't help me telling me that my stove was old, even if my stove is old the elements wouldn't burn if it wasn't for the power surge, I'm sick and tired of this insurance, I'm just paying for nothing, now I'm stuck with a stove and pipes that are faulty.
