Absa Home Loans is *********

Absa Home Loans have debited my account incorrectly and have not contacted me with an apology qns a resolution to the problem.

I wonder if there is any consideration of the impact or consequences of debitting people incorrectly. In my case, it has created a domino effect of unpaid debit orders because Absa decided to take money from my account, incorrect so.

The next step for me us to approach an ombudsman. Im sure you do this to people often, and probably get away with it as well. It is utterly unacceptable, and an extremely ********* business practices
