Absa home loans, *****ing clients money

Dear Peter.

My property was purchased and registered in 2005. The first debit order was processed in July 2005. The term for the home loan was 20years. We never missed a payment or paid less than the agreed amount. Now according to ABSA the loan will only end in 2027. I tried several times to get more clarity to no avail. Their call center agents are useless and under trained. My last call requesting an archived statement ( ref no, C-***4) was a total waste of time. The response states that their serves ( cant even spell) only goes back to 2009. So as a client I am responsible for their in competence. I have taken to additional loans, but they were separate to the primary loan as it could not be linked. Now they say, one is linked, resulting in the additional 2 years. They state all calls are recorded so where is the proof. Honestly, please stay away from ABSA home loans
