ABSA Home Loans Horror.

ABSA home loans has the most *********** agents ever. I app**** for a Home Loan and I was assisted by a guy whose name is Dumo. They approved and did the evaluation which was a (mammoth task). On the day the evaluator went on to evaluate, Dumo called and said the evaluator did not get access to the property which was a lie. Fine that went on and passed. He then asked for the house plans which I sent timeously. The guy did not submit the documents and my application was withdrawn. I had to take that up with his manager Simon. You'd think that Simon was going to assign someone else to preside on my application, he never did. He still gave me the same Dumo 😡. Today my OTP expired and when I send Dumo and email I get an automated email with "I'm on leave and will only be back on the 14th" how pathetic 🤬! This same Dumo guy sent me an email at 2am in the morning imagine that. On the other hand, their interest rate is ridiculous and their term is horrible. I'll take my business to Nedbank. Sies ABSA. It makes sense now why UJ had to switch to FNB 😒
