Absa Home Loans deliver exceptional service

I was introduced to Irene Malan more than a year ago when I app**** for a loan from ABSA. At the time, the deal did not go through. In early December, we found a property we wanted to purchase, and I called Irene. She handled the entire application process extremely well! From providing a list of what information is needed (she still had some of our previous information and referenced that as well), following up to make sure that everything is in order, to helping negotiate a better bond rate. After the initial approval, I thought everything will stand still until the new year - but not with Irene! She followed up, got the assessor out, and on the 24th we received our approval. I asked for a better interest rate, and again, she followed that up. Our bond was approved while most people were having Christmas holidays. Today, again, I received an email from Irene. She managed to get an even better rate for us (I wasn't 100% happy with the rate, but we agreed to accept), and all instructions were sent to the attorney already. That is really going the extra mile! Thank you Irene. This level of service on a homeloan is few and far between.
