ABSA Home loans delay

I have app**** for a home loan and all seemed to be in order until the "Quotation being Prepared" phase. It has almost been a month and nothing has happened where as in previous deals this stage took less than 3 days and this was in Lockdown as well. The seller is wanting to cancel the deal due to the delay. I have emailed and received no response, I have called the hotline 086 111 007 but have been on the phone for over a hour waiting for a consultant to answer.

I do not know what else to do!!??
