ABSA Home-loans debits on wrong date of the 15th instead of the 25th while the correct date was signed for at the bank in may already for a debit order change

To whom it may concern,

Absa Home loans is so disappointing and utterly nonsense customer services. My husband and I changed banking details and debit change for our debit order for Home Loan account number ***. We signed that premiums be debited on the 25th of each month, today is the 15th and my FNB account was debited. IT IS 10 DAYS EARLIER, what would have happened if I had NO MONEY today? My husbands stop order also went through today the 15th July, SO WE BOTH PAID R4 500.00 today total of R9 000.00 to our bond account. This is just an inconvenience and very frustrating that you can’t follow instructions thoroughly. I need assurance that on the 25th July 2021, my FNB account WILL NOT BE DEBITED AGAIN, and THAT NEXT DEBIT ORDER DATE WILL BE 25th August 2021.

Your urgent response is required

Very angry client

this is so not acceptable coming from absa. the instruction was clear and simple that the debit order be done on the 25th and not the 15th of the month. now we have 9000 that was paid to the bond account. why dont people listen and do what they want with your account? i want this matter resolved and no debit on the 25th of july but the 25th of august. can someone senior from absa home loans call me please

dear absa homeloans. i dont understand wy you saying you didnt receive a ****ing instruction to put a debit order in place. let me tell you what the **** i think happened here. the debit order magically activated itself. please look at the mail from 2 of your agent who cant even do a simple investigation on this matter. we are ****ing paying money into this ****ing bond and people just want to do their own ****ing thin in our accounts. once a payment doesnt go through the first ****ing thing you do is ****ing list a person forgetting that you are the one that is ****ing at fault. this must be ****ing fixed immediately. no debit on the 25th of july. another one of your agents, nthabiseng sent an email saying she will get back to us on the 21st july. ****ing hell. see below emails.
