Called homeloan Dept.to try and find somethimg out about my homeloan.Consultant informing me that my profile are blocked and he cannot access anything on my account.He want me to go into branch , I feel it is not my problem if Absa system are not correct.Why must I go and waste my time in a bank , can they just not unblock the profile.
