ABSA Home Loans Bad Service

Good day,

I have never in my life had the experience that I have now with ABSA. I app**** for a home loan were I negotiated a very good price for a house I app**** with ABSA for a home loan and received a call stating I am approved but I need a 20% Deposit

I accepted the term and stated its fine I will give the 20% deposit on the loan. After a couple of fays passed I called and asked what is going on I excepted the approval via phone and email. now all of a sudden a rude women just says no you are now declined I explained to her we just had an ordeal with ABSA with my vehicle finance when I bought a vehicle in December 2020 and the people from ABSA sorted it out and was helpful, but this lady is just rude

I am calling ABSA non stop and no one is giving me any feedback

I want management details so that this can be sorted out as I will not stand for such bad service from one person

I want contact number so I can call the right people
