Absa home loans are PATHETIC
I have been trying now for six weeks to get a copy of my title deed from absa home -loans without any success. I've made numerous phone calls and send a number of e-mail reminders only to receive response that my query is being attended to and that I will receive feedback within 5 working days. This is now six weeks later and still no joy. Pathetic customer service indeed!
