Absa Home Loans Appoints *********** Conveyancers for Bond Transfers!

As per the norm, ABSA Home Loans appointed a Conveyancer to transfer an approved bond over to an ex-wife following a high court-endorsed divorce decree. The decree was very explicit in that she was responsible for all associated transfer costs. For the duration of the bond registration, these attorneys then bungle this process by including my three-months bond repayments in the cancellation figures of the original bond. She is of course refusing to reimburse me. When I enquire about my refund from the bank and the attorneys they appointed, they both me left me to my own devices as recovering it from an ex-wife is now a civil matter between us! How is this fair?
