I sold my house via Absa help you sell then I signed a contract of an amount less than 200k if the short fall I was supposed to pay. Week later I get a letter stating I owe 800k, tried calling Absa loan to get the issue resolved but instead I kept being transferred from one department to another.

Ended up emailing Absa complaints, CC Absa home loan,ombudsman to the email and got a reply saying I don't owe Absa loan the debt has been written off. I asked the lady are you sure she said yes and sent me a statement with a R0 closing balances. A year later I cant get credit because I owe Absa home loan.
