Absa home loans

I recently purchased a property with absa bank they facilitated the bond.what i would like to bring to there attention is that upon moving into the house which is 6 months now,we have noticed cracks in our tiles cracks along our wall and movement of the retainer wall also what I would like to know is how was this property evaluated prior to the bond being approved.i also had engineer/builder evaluate the property and he has also told me that the property has shifted.
