I am writing on behalf of my Procon Industries, who has been experiencing significant delays in obtaining a third-party bond letter from ABSA Bank.

For the past few weeks, Procon Industries has made numerous visits to your branch in an effort to resolve this matter. Unfortunately, despite these repeated attempts, they have not received the necessary assistance. Recently, after finally getting in touch with someone via email, we were informed that the person responsible for handling the request is now on leave.

This bond letter is urgently needed for Procon Industries to proceed with their work and make salary payments. The continued delay is causing financial strain and could potentially disrupt operations further.

We kindly request immediate assistance in this matter, as it has already been delayed for too long. If possible, please escalate this to the appropriate department or assign another representative who can resolve this issue.
