ABSA HOME LOANS

Hi everyone , I just want to share my experience again about Absa Bank I've been trying to get a hold of home loans department for weeks and no one called or got back to me what so ever , even tried emailing a consultant who assisted me previously and she did advise that she sent communication for them to call me it's been almost a week and yes you guessed it NO ONE CALLED , my home loan interest rate has sprung up from 7% all the way to almost 10.75% yet I pay my installments on time with no issues. This needs to be looked into or I'm taking my business elsewhere !
