Absa Home Loan Worst Service

We requested a Further Advance on our existing home loan at ABSA over a month ago and we have still not finalised the process, after submitting all requested documentation 4 times, we have had zero feedback, no one at ABSA bothers to contact us and give feedback on where they are in the process, every time I have to call the call centre, hold on for over an hour and when they eventually answer (not every time), they cannot put me through to the "Senior Specialist Consultant" assisting us, every time I have to explain everything to a new person and yet they cannot help me. I have received a view cancellation letters from ABSA because there is no action/movement on the application, yet no one does anything. Worst service in my life. Will not recommend ABSA to anyone.
