ABSA home loan repayment arrangement

I do have a home loan with ABSA. I have made so many calls to them asking them to delay or cancel my debit order scheduled for the15th September to the last day of the month, 30th September, primarily due to the job change. However, my requests are falling on deaf ears. I get paid on the 15th of every month. Since I'm currently serving a notice with my current employer, I'd not be paid on the 15th, as a result will only be paid on the last day of the month. Hence, I'm requesting ABSA to debit my account on that said date. I'm being told that should they not get the money on the 15 th sept, i'd be listed on credit bureau for non payment. This arrangement is only for September and things will return to normality from the 15 Oct. May you please get ABSA home loan department to put themselves in my shoes and not rush into listing me to credit bureau for nonpayment. I'm trying my best to make arrangement with them, but i'm not being listened to.
