ABSA home loan repayment arrangement

I do have a home loan with Absa. I have made so many calls to them requesting that they delay or cancel my debit order (15th Sept) to the last day of the month (30th Sept) due to a job change. However, my request seems to be falling on deaf ears. The debit order goes off on the day i get paid. As I'm currently serving notice, my salary will only be paid on the last day. Thus, i'm kindly asking Absa to delay my debit order to the last day, then things will return to normality from the 15th Oct. They are telling me that if they do not receive the payment on the 15th Sept, i'd be listed on credit bureau for nonpayment. May you please get ABSA to put themselves in my shoes and help me with this arrangement. This arrangement is only for September as I'm serving notice with my current employer.
