ABSA HOME LOAN NOT RESPONSIVE , ABSOLUTELY HELPLESS
Absa home loan not responsive, they did not appoint a service provider in time only saw a generic email that there is an option to send photos and quotes , which i did upon phoning following up on the claim the people keep on transferring to the next person , and one lady said the claim is locked because of load shedding gave me an email address and i resend the photos and the quote after that am kept on the phone for 20 minutes till am disconnected. It has been one week in distress, my boundary wall is open to *******, maybe must just go to the bank and borrow money and fix all the damage, at this moment i do not feel like i have any insurance. And look for a responsive insurance company

20 Apr 2022, 12:01In the mean time i phoned following up on my claim a lady told me i should hire security for a maximum of R3000, and the security companies are not picking there phones, i think i should just put my focus on looking for another bank and move all my accounts , all my home loans , and forget about ABSA such a nightmare

20 Apr 2022, 17:25Now they where throwing me between a company that was not available for me and internal Assessor and ,who was busy explaining about what she was doing with other claims instead of my claim, such *********** people, no clarity in the process, no competence on the people dealing with the claims in other words no insurance cover for properties with ABSA, am gonna start to cancel all my insurance policies and accounts, and use my personal money.

Now they where throwing me between a company that was not available for me and internal Assessor and ,who was busy explaining about what she was doing with other claims instead of my claim, such *********** people, no clarity in the process, no competence on the people dealing with the claims in other words no insurance cover for properties with ABSA, am gonna start to cancel all my insurance policies and accounts, and use my personal money.

21 Apr 2022, 11:28Upon requesting to cancel my policies a lady called Kobon tried to help and promised to help she said they can bring there service provider and asked me what time am i available i told them 12:00, and after that they changed the goal post , they said the service provider can not come at 12:00 and they don't know when, they are clear ********, Send them the quote, gave them the chance to bring a service provider , they got a way of changing stories PLEASE STAY AWAY from ABSA insurance
