Absa home loan is useless and a ****

I feel like Absa home loans is useless and I advise other people not to use it and look for other insurances, I logged a call they sent electricians and electricians advised that the fault is because of water that is in the plugs and suggested that a plumber must come and inspect. The electricians said that they will tell Absa home loans to send a plumber to come and investigate, I waited and waited I never received a call from Abss up until I decided to log another claim for the plumber to come and investigate. I told them that I'm only in the house around 16:30, the plumber came and I was told that in his report he said there's no fault, the only problem is that my toilets are having a leakage, I don't know how the toilet issue is related to the problem that I have of the electricity that is tripping. Then I was told that they will send the plumber and the electrician to come together and investigate, I told them that I'm in the house around 16:30, the electrician came and waited up until they decided to leave, after they've left the plumber came with excuses and I told them that the electrician left. He left also only to come back later with the electrician and by then it was nearly quarter to six I told them that it's getting dark and by six we having loadshedding so they won't be able to do a proper investigation so they must come back when there's light. Today whilst I was at work I received a call from absa that the electrician and the plumber were in my house and they couldn't find anyone, but I told them that I'm only in the house around 16:30. So now I see that they want to come with excuses. Before this claim, I have logged several claims of storm and power surge, they haven't helped me in all those claims, instead they always come with excuses. So it's just useless to have such an insurance because it's not assisting at all.
