Absa home loan incompetence

I'm so shaken by the treatment I received from Absa Home Loans this month . My bond payment goes off religiously every month since I took out my home loan for the past 10 years . This month they tried to debit me too early ( 23rd not the 25th ). This was without any prior notice to me .

There was insufficient funds so payment bounced . I phone in three times to ask if I should pay the money . But the agents advised me not to as the debit order tracking was still active for 10 days .

Today I was told that I had to make a manual payment and there was no auto tracking . And that I will be flagged to the credit bureau for the arrears and that it will affect my credit rating .

Wow Absa . So it's my fault that you tried to debit my account too early and then your agents advised me wrong . And my credit rating must take a knock ? Please tell me how you will resolve this before I take it to the next level .
