ABSA Home Loan, House is Damaged and ABSA Insurance does not want to take responsibity but it was approved by ABSA Home Loan

I am extremely disappointed with the outcome of your internal appeal process. It is not only flawed but riddled with inconsistencies. My initial complaint clearly raised concerns about a ****** and disrespectful assessor, yet your review process continued to rely on his version of events without any meaningful objectivity or effort to investigate my side.

At no point was I offered the opportunity to provide evidence—such as proof that the damage was caused by rain and wind. Nor was there any attempt to appoint an impartial assessor to reassess the situation. This demonstrates a clear lack of fairness and transparency in your process.

Furthermore, the assessor took photos inside my home without my consent, which is a serious violation of my rights and deeply invasive.

The entire experience has been demeaning and dismissive. The lack of customer service, respect, and sensitivity displayed throughout this process is unacceptable. I can’t help but feel that, had I been white, this matter would have been handled with far more care and professionalism.
