Absa Home Loan FlexiReserve misleading

I have a Absa FlexiReserve Home Loan which I signed up for last year. I have made an advance payment, however, I cannot access these funds and it is not unavailable to be moved to my cheque account via online banking. Please fix this.

Reviewer Update
It was explained to me by an Absa representative that my account is overbonded (i.e. the initiation fee of 6,037.50 was added to the bond) and I need to pay over and above that amount extra into the bond account to activate Flexireserve. I paid much more than the overbonded amount of 6,037.50 into the account and I still can't access it, Flexireserve is still not working. Please advise.

Reviewer Update
Once again I was phoned a few times, first they admitted there is a problem on their end and that the developers are attending to the problem. Two days later I was informed that the issue has been resolved. Unfortunately I STILL CANNOT TRANSFER MY MONEY. Absa and Flexireserve is a joke and a serious waste of my time.
