Absa home loan flexiReserve funds ****** from my bond account

I have been paying a few thousands more on my Absa home loan for some time now. Something that has been a sacrifice for me in this economy. I have been trying to access my FlexiReserve funds for a few weeks now, and Absa home loans has been giving me the run around. I have the absa app, and had verified the funds available for me to access, even telephonically with one of the consultants that assisted me. I followed up this morning, for possibly the 4th time to find out how far Absa is with paying me my savings. This afternoon I got an email that not only is Absa denying that I have funds in my FlexiReserve, but now I apparently am in arrears! How incredible is this!! How do I move from paying more on my bond on a monthly basis to owing the bank! The last statement I received from Absa in September 2025 clearly stipulated that I had flexiReserve saving. Where did they disappear to!? I am appalled and in utter disbelief! All this because I wanted to access a few thousands of my own money! I didn’t know absa was in the busy of *****ing from clients!

I need this sorted out ASAP! And not only do I want ALL my flexiReserve funds returned to me, I am also cancelling any excess funds that I am paying on my bond because I am clearly dealing with *****sters!
