ABSA Home Loan flexi-reserve suspended without warning

<p>Tried to access prepaid funds in my ABSA home loan and found that these funds had disappeared. Contacted them and was advised that the facility has been suspended due to FICA non-compliance.<br />1stly you don't just suspend the facility without contacting the client and requesting whatever doc's you need. Have had no phone, sms or email communication at all.<br />2ndly, all these FICA doc's were supp**** when the home loan application was made. How was is approved & paid-out without these.<br />Absolutely shocking. They need to re-instate these facilities with immediate effect and then properly liaise / communicate with their clients.<br />If moving a bond was not such an expensive hassle - I would have move it immediately I am so upset.</p>
