My Home loan term is not correct. I have logged tickets, no one responds. No one is available to give any advice. No service what so ever from ABSA Home Loans

I sent an email with 2x separate statements reflecting that the term from 2 years ago is currently the same? So now I have to go and make a summary to show my bank they are making a mistake, please resend my bond contract so that my assistant can do a summary
