I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Nelisiwe, for the excellent service she provided me today. She helped me regarding the inquiry I had regarding my home loan account. Nelisiwe's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly and converse with you in a way that you understand exceeded my expectations. She knew answers to all the questions I had and even went further by making examples just to make sure that I Understood what she was saying.

I called in not knowing whether questions I had to ask where even valid questions but she was very welcoming, kind and very sweet.
