ABSA Home Loan department

I am try to apply for a Second bond via ABSA home loans department. All start of good. until I receive my quote from ABSA home loan. This toke 5 working day/s. Then I request an better Interest from ABSA Home loan . In the mean time I am working through the quote and saw they want to cancel my Home loan and create a new home loan with new terms. This is not what I have ask,. I ask for a Second bond (Multiplan). All communication happen via email. Every time you have a question you have to wait for 2 day/s. and if you try to call be prepare to hold on for 25 min before someone answer the call, then you go on hold again for 10 before you can speak to an agent. Its now from the 18/11/2020 that i am trying to resolve my request. Now the agent finally understand my request and said they did it wrong now i am waiting for 3 day/s again for the outcome. I ask the agent the time from on this request and was told 2 day we stand now on day 4 , How long can it take? So please don try to go to ABSA to apply for a bond. NO Communication from ABSA.
