ABSA home loan deducting someone else bond from my account

So I received a message from ABSA saying it is going to apply a debit order on my bond. The problem is that the bond number (last 4 digits) is not my bond. So I call ABSA home loans to stop the debit order (which I was advised to do so in the message). I get a machine that asks me a number of questions and then requires me to respond on the mobile app. I don't have a mobile app installed for my bond. So now i try to install and activate the mobile app for my bond. But for the mobile app to be activated I need a card number and pin - which i don't have...I only have the bond. Really ABSA! So I cant call you, I cant use the app, I cant activate app and you are deducting a bond from my account that is not mine - yet, if the debit order is incorrect please contact ABSA. Can ABSA home loans please call me back!
