ABSA home loan consultants are *********** shame.. Yhuu

I must say that I had a very disappointing experience with Absa Home loans call Centre consultants. 1. They cannot not provide me with a proper update of the progress of my application. 2. I was told that my application was approved and it would take 8 hours for a consultant to call me. Dololo... It has been more than 72 hours and I am still waiting 3. I also found it very annoying when one of the consultants sounded confused/intoxicated on the line. I had to keep my calm. He kept on misinterpreting what I was telling him. Gees ABSA you need to work on your recruitment criteria as well as your processes
