ABSA Home loan Collection Department - Please Help

We have been trying to make a payment arrangement on our bond account since 10th November, every time i call ***, I am told that there is nothing noted on the system. After numerous calls and numerous emails I have sent and received replies from ABSA.

We are trying to be proactive and wanted to make an arrangement but we are just not getting the help, Why ????
