ABSA Home loan bully tactics

My name is Sello MAKWELA . i have a home loan with absa since 2012, i have encountered some difficulties where i was retrenched from work for eight months and due to this misfortune i was not able to pay my bond account, fortunately i was reinstated by the same company on a lower package in April 2019, i tried to make arrangements with ABSA after i received their summons by sending them an email requesting a restructuring of my bond loan at ********** The reply that i received from them was that the case has been closed and no additional information was provided for the closure and the matter was referred to VELILE TINTO & ASSOCIATES attorneys. I contacted the attorneys to make an arrangement with them and their response was if i don't afford i must sell the house or pay my full installment and areas within 6 month and this is the only option they are providing without any negotiation or they will take the matter further to have my house sold.

All i am requesting is for the bank to restructure my bond to allow me to sort my self out.
